Pastors, what do you do when a leader who is serving under you begins to sow discord about you behind your back.
You notice a change of attitude from some members of the congregation toward you, which is negative. Then you find out from
someone that one of your leaders has expressed that he does not agree with something you taught, preached or expressed in
a meeting. How would you deal with this situation and person? Do you address the congregation, if so what would you say to
them? How would you bring the church back to spiritual healthyness?
